With a smooth entry to VR Park Dubai, be ready to get transported to the wondrous gaming world! Spanning over the two levels of the world’s biggest mall, Dubai Mall, VR Park Dubai boasts of one of the greatest spectrums of VR (Virtual Reality) and AR (Augmented Reality) based attractions in the UAE. Designed to challenge realism and with a distinct emphasis on ‘Shared Escapism,’ it packs around 18 interactive rides in its 7,000-square-metre facility.

To experience your favourite movies and television series like no other, you can step into attractions such as John Wick Chronicles, The Mummy, and The Walking Dead Outbreak. Moreover, try its many amazing games, including The Raft, which assure the ultimate multiplayer VR effect. Don’t worry if your kids join you; VR Park Dubai has some fantastic attractions to keep them busy and excited throughout.

Timings

Option 1	Sky Views with Glass Slide during non-peak hours
Description	Enjoy your day with the sky view! (Non-peak hours: 10:30 AM to 03:00 PM & 07:00 PM to 09:00 PM).

Option 2	Sky Views with Glass Slide Peak Hours
Description	Enjoy your day with the sky view! (Peak Hours: 04:00 PM – 06:30 PM).

Important Information

• Location Address-The Dubai Mall-Financial Center Rd-Downtown Dubai-United Arab Emirates.
• The Pass is valid for 1 person for the same day only. Retail, arcade games, F&B not included.
• You can access each ride only once in VR Park (Repetition is not allowed).
• Digital Gate Card fees for visitors will be 5 AED at VR Park, which is non-negotiable.
• Standard age, height and weight restrictions apply to each attraction and ride.
• The minimum height for adults should be over 120 cm and for children should be under 120cm.
• An adult or a Guardian must always accompany children during the tour or attraction visit.
• The operator may deny entry to children travelling alone for safety concerns, so kindly follow the child policy.
• Guests should be there 10 or 30 minutes before the scheduled time, depending on your Booking.
• The pick-up will be arranged from your Dubai Hotel / Residence only and not from the Airport.
• Pick up from Areas other than Dubai Hotels / Residence will be done on request with an additional surcharge.
• Sharing transfers are available only from Deira, Bur Dubai.
• Sharing transfers' pick-up/drop-off timing can be modified by 30 to 60 minutes per the trip schedule, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
• Opening Hours
  • Sunday to Thursday - 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
  • Friday & Saturday - 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM.

Special Note

If the park is full during the Eid holidays, guests can come on the next day.

Policies

Cancellation Policy

• For all cancellations are made 24 hours before your departure time; NO charges will apply.
• If cancellation is made within 24 hours of your tour departure time, 100% deduction charges will apply.
• If eligible for a refund, your amount will get back to you within 7 working days.

Child Policy

• No entry fees for children under 3 years.
• Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be child rates.
• Children above the age of 10 will be charged the adult rates.
