Overview

Be ready to observe Dubai’s cityscape from a brand-new lookout point as you whizz up to the 52nd level of Address Sky View Hotel aboard a glass elevator. Walk around and then climb the spiral stairway to the 53rd level, which provides fascinating views over Sheikh Zayed Road, Downtown Dubai, and Burj Khalifa.

At an altitude of 219.5 metres, the main highlight of the two-level Observatory is a 25-metre-long glass walk that connects the towers of this twin hotel. It serves as a remarkable vantage point to delight in the marvellous city sights and makes a great spot to snap perfect Instagrammable shots.

Timings

Option 1	Sky Views with Glass Slide during non-peak hours
Description	Enjoy your day with the sky view! (Non-peak hours: 10:30 AM to 03:00 PM & 07:00 PM to 09:00 PM).

Option 2	Sky Views with Glass Slide Peak Hours
Description	Enjoy your day with the sky view! (Peak Hours: 04:00 PM – 06:30 PM).

• The guests need to carry their passport or Emirates ID.
• Children above 3 years of age are allowed for Sky Views Observatory, and the ticket price remains the same.
• Age criteria: Guests aged between 12 to 65 years are eligible for the glass slide and edge walk
• Minors between 12 to 18 years of age require the consent of their parent/ guardian in person. Kids below 12 years are not allowed to edge walk and glass slide.
• Weight criteria: Guests weighing 50 to 100 kgs will be allowed for the glass slide and edge walk.
• Height criteria: Guests with heights ranging from 130 cm to 210 cm will be allowed for the glass slide and edge walk.
• You must wear modest and comfortable clothing (no loose dresses, skirts, flip flops, loose footwear, or long and loose scarves).
• Please notify the Sky Views staff of any disability, intellectual or physical, that would prevent you from completing the physical and mental tasks throughout the experience.
• Please notify the Sky Views staff of any pre-existing health conditions, including any physical limitations or medical conditions including but not limited to; neck weakness, back weakness, broken bones, heart conditions, nervous disorders, motion sickness, epilepsy, or if pregnant.

• If tours or tickets are cancelled after booking, 100% charges will be applicable.

• Entry will be free of cost for children below 3 years.
• People aged between 3 and 65 years will be charged the adult rate.
