What to expect?

The tour begins at Jumeirah Beach Hotel (inside the Burj Al Arab). Hop on to a buggy that sets you off to the hotel via the bridge road that connects the main road to the private island to visit the hotel. Do not forget to take a selfie along the way capturing the building's marvellous structure.

Important Information

• Venue address: Conference centre at Jumeirah Beach hotel.
• Please carry a valid ID proof/Passport during the tour.
• Kindly note that the guests are requested to reach the venue at least 30 minutes before the slot timings.
• Guests are requested to report at the Jumeirah beach hotel, where the team will assist them with the guided tour followed by a meal or beverages as chosen.
• Tickets can only be used once and are not subject to refund or exchange whatsoever.
• Please wear a decent dress code. Shorts, T-shirts, flip-flops, open and running, gym, tennis and basketball shoes are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

• For all cancellations are made 24 hours before your departure time; NO charges will apply.
• If cancellation is made within 24 hours of your Tour departure time, 100% charges will apply.
• If eligible for a refund, your amount will get back to you within 7 working days.

Child Policy

• Entry will be free of cost for children under the age of 4
• Children between ages 4 to 12 will be charged a child rate.
• Children above the age of 12 will be charged the adults' rate.
