Dubai Mall Kidzania is all about encouraging the children through playing. Kidzania aims to polish children's social skills while they have the best of fun. From pretending to be a Police Officer to a Dentist to a restaurant owner there are over a 100 role-plays that your child can enjoy at Kidzania. The city has its Kidzania currency that your child will use to pay for goods and services. Thus, helping him understand the value of money, transaction and dealing.

The city has everything a child encounters in his daily life, such as the bank, ATM, hospitals, supermarkets, theatre, pizzeria, and the list goes on and on. The best part is that all the activities are designed keeping in mind the height, mentality and expectations of children. The kids who come in here earn from different role plays, have loads of fun and go back informed and educated.

Important Information

• Venue Address - Dubai Mall Kidzania, The Dubai Mall, 2nd Floor, Dubai Mall, Downtown Dubai - Dubai.
• Adults are allowed entry only if they are accompanying at least 1 child.
• Adults can relax in the parent's Lounge while their child is doing the activities.
• Shared transfers are only provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina).
• Sharing transfers' pick-up/drop-off timing can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
• Outside food & beverages are not allowed in the Kidzania Premises. You can buy food and drinks from any outlets available inside the Kidzania premises.

Policies

Cancellation Policy

• For all cancellations are made 24 hours before your departure time; NO charges will apply.
• If cancellation is made within 24 hours of your tour departure time, 100% of the charges will be applicable.
• If eligible for a refund, your amount will get back to you within 7 working days.

Child Policy

• Entry is free of cost for children below 1 year.
• Children between the age of 2 and 3 will be charged toddler rates.
• Children between the age of 4 to 16 will be charged child rates.
• Children above the age of 17 will be charged the adult rates.
