Important Information

• Location Address - Dhow Cruise Marina, Behind Signature Hotel Apartments & Spa.
• Please report at the venue 30 minutes before the departure time.
• Shared transfers are only provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina)
• Depending on traffic conditions and your location, transfer timings may be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes.

Cancellation Policy

• For all cancellations are made 24 hours before your departure time; NO charges will apply.
• If cancellation is made within 24 hours of your tour departure time, 100% of the charges will be applicable.
• If eligible for a refund, your amount will get back to you within 7 working days.

Child Policy

• Entry will be free of cost for children under the age of 3 years.
• Children between ages 3 to 10 will be charged child rates.
• Children above the age of 10 will be charged adult rates.
