• Please bring a valid photo ID/passport with you as it is required to be displayed at the entrance.
• The booking confirmation is valid only for the selected date and time.
• Please maintain distance from other travellers due to Covid-19.
• The Burj Khalifa is open 24*7 (Guests are requested to reach the venue 15 min before the selected time slot.)

Sharing transfer timings:

• Morning pickup between (10:00 AM to 10:30 AM) & drop off between (2.00 PM to 2.30 PM)
• Evening pickup between (04:00 PM to 04:30 PM) & drop off between (9.00 PM to 9.30 PM)

Policies

Cancellation Policy

• For all cancellations are made 24 hours before your departure time; NO charges will apply.
• If cancellation is made within 24 hours of your tour departure time, 100% of the charges will be applicable.
• If eligible for a refund, your amount will get back to you within 7 working days.

Child Policy

• Children under 4 years will be considered infants, and entry will be free of cost.
• Children between ages 4 to 12 will be charged under the child rates.
• Children above the age of 12 will be charged under the adults' rates.
