All cabins are armed with the most high-tech features, such as safety/rescue equipment, fire sensors, fire extinguishers and an intercom. Moreover, there are almost negligible chances for motion sickness as the wheel spins at a walking pace.

• Masks are required for all guests throughout the Ain Dubai experience, including the cabin.
• The child should be accompanied by an adult who is 21+.
• The Ain Dubai Observation Wheel is closed every Monday.

  Special Note

  Ain Dubai will be closed from the 11th of March and throughout the Holy Month of Ramadan. Please schedule your visit accordingly.

Policies

Cancellation Policy

• For all cancellations are made 24 hours before your departure time; NO charges will apply.
• If cancellation is made within 24 hours of your tour departure time, 100% of the charges will be applicable.
• If eligible for a refund, your amount will get back to you within 7 working days.

Child Policy

• Children under 4 years will be considered infants, and entry will be free of cost.
• Children between ages 4 to 12 will be charged under the child rates.
• Children above the age of 12 will be charged under the adults' rates.
